Staying at Emiliano was an absolute delight. The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to everything I needed. The architecture and design of the hotel were stunning, creating a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms were tastefully appointed and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with friendly and helpful individuals making my stay even more enjoyable. The amenities in the room and bathroom were of high quality, adding an extra touch of luxury. my experience at Emiliano was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in an upscale residential neighborhood, surrounded by a lovely shopping area and offering easy access to some excellent restaurants in the Jardins area. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with a large and well-maintained bathroom. The staff provides outstanding service, making guests feel welcome and accommodating their needs. the hotel offers a variety of facilities, such as a Japanese hot tub and a spa terrace, ensuring a luxurious stay.

The hotel's policy regarding guests or fellow hotel guests/family members not being allowed inside the room may be inconvenient and restrictive for some guests.

The hotel offered great amenities, such as a free 15, minute massage and other thoughtful details that enhanced the overall experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to attractions and amenities. the staff was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were some maintenance issues, such as a faulty high, tech toilet and a room that smelled of cigarettes in the hallway. the complimentary 15, minute shiatsu massage was not up to par and could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were masterful and lightning fast, fulfilling every request with professionalism. We felt pampered and spoiled, especially when we stayed in our room on a rainy day and enjoyed a fabulous room service supper. The location was the best, with steps to excellent restaurants and boutiques. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and fully functional, providing a great experience. Additionally, the hotel was located in an upscale residential neighborhood, adding to the overall charm and exclusivity. Transportation was convenient, with access to some excellent restaurants in the area. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff, particularly the concierge, were super friendly and helpful.

Guests praise the personalized service and outstanding housekeeping. The breakfast buffet is described as worthy of a wedding banquet. The clean and comfortable rooms provide a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The value for money could be better, as some guests expected more luxurious amenities for the price.

Staying at this luxurious hotel was a unique experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who escorted me to my room and fulfilled my needs in a timely manner. the room was well, furnished with exclusive amenities and a comfortable king, sized bed that allowed me to have a restful night's sleep. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch and I indulged in a full body massage that left me relaxed and rejuvenated.

Easy to find, ample parking and the Foundry next door is a great concert venue with delicious food and drinks. Cleanliness was top-notch and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, within walking distance to downtown.
